I am also proficient in various software programs, including Microsoft Office and CRM databases, and have experience in data analysis and reporting. Furthermore, I have a strong background in customer service, having worked in the hospitality industry for several years. This experience has honed my communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills, which I believe are essential for building strong relationships with students, faculty, and staff.
