About the Role As the Administration Officer (ACYF)
you will play a key role in supporting the ACYF Management Team by delivering exceptional administrative and organisational assistance. Reporting to the Event Project Manager (ACYF)
you’ll ensure things run seamlessly behind the scenes of one of Australia’s most exciting faith-based youth event. Key Responsibilities Provide professional administrative support to the Event Project Manager (ACYF) & ACYF Management Team and the festival overall. Manage incoming calls and email inquiries
offering accurate information and redirecting as needed Support the tracking of progress
deadlines
and administrative requirements
in communication with the Event Project Manager Coordinate meeting times
organise meeting rooms
venues
catering
and event preparation. Record minutes and actions during key ACYF meetings Assist with data entry
invoicing
payments
and other financial tasks Support other administrative tasks as directed by the Event Project Manager What you will bring to the role Proven experience in a similar administrative role or formal qualifications in administration. Advanced proficiency in office software
particularly MS Office 365 (Word
Excel
PowerPoint
Outlook
Teams). Strong organisational and time management skills
with the ability to meet deadlines effectively. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate
high-quality work. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
including the ability to take clear and concise meeting minutes. Demonstrated ability to plan
prioritise
and manage tasks efficiently
with the insight to escalate or seek additional information when necessary. Integrity

and confidentiality.
