Dear Cascade Ski Club Board, I am interested in the position of Lodge Operations Manager and feel that my skills and experience would make me the perfect candidate for the role. I am a Chef by trade and have experience in running a kitchen, as well as being organized and calm under pressure. I am also outgoing and friendly, which I believe makes me the perfect person to deal with guests at the lodge. I have experience in hospitality and budgeting, and I am confident that I could keep the lodge running smoothly and within budget.
