In my current role at a local NGO, I have been responsible for establishing and managing an M&E system for a large-scale education project. This experience has enabled me to develop skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting, as well as conducting evaluations and impact assessments. Moreover, I am familiar with various M&E tools and software, such as SPSS, STATA, and Excel, which I have used to analyze and visualize data for different projects. I am also proficient in conducting qualitative research, including interviews and focus group discussions, which has helped me to gather valuable insights from project beneficiaries. I am confident that my skills and experience will be an asset to Care International Malawi in achieving its goals. In addition to my technical skills, I am also a strong communicator and team player. I have experience in working with diverse teams, including government officials, community leaders, and project staff, to ensure effective implementation of M&E systems. I am also able to present complex data in a clear and concise manner, both in written and verbal form. These skills have enabled me to build strong working relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Furthermore, I am passionate about capacity building and have experience in providing training and mentorship to project staff on M&E principles and best practices. I believe that investing in the skills of project staff is crucial in building a strong M&E culture within an organization.
