Canterbury Linen Services (CLS) has been providing high quality linen services to healthcare organisations and commercial clients since 1982. Based near Christchurch airport
we process over 180 tonnes of linen each week
delivering to Te Whatu Ora hospitals
private healthcare facilities and commercial customers throughout the Canterbury district. We are looking for a part time experienced customer service and administration support person to join our team
this is a critical role to ensure we deliver high levels of service to our trade and healthcare customers. Initially the role will be three days a week – Friday
Saturday and Monday
6 to 8 hours per day. The role is varied with a focus on customer service. The position reports to the Office Manager and alongside our existing Administration Support person works closely with the Customer Services and Distribution teams. The role: Provide customer service to all Canterbury Linen customers Respond to customer order queries and delivery queries Assist with maintaining customer records Responsible for entering timesheets in the payroll spreadsheet Assists with maintaining the HR Information System Assists with HR administrative duties Assists with accounts receivable as required Responsible for processing incident reports into CRM Greet and assist site visitors Answer and transfer incoming calls Assist with lost property queries Contribute towards a safer working environment Assist with customer deliveries when required What you will bring to the role: A customer and solutions focus A positive and energetic outlook Be an excellent team player
