Ensures achievement of the Region Plan for product group and team.
Validate 90-day forecast with accurate forecast within at least 85% monthly accuracy.
Act as subject matter and competitive expert.
Support and motivate team members
managers and clients in sales efforts to reach team and territory plan achievements.
Support full-cycle sales activities (e.g. key decision makers presentations
demonstrations
proposals
negotiations
and closings).
Ensure sales reps are fully trained
coached and mentored for peak proficiency and performance.
Be a Team member
interacting with other Region Specialists on an ongoing basis to develop and exchange best practices and creative ideas in driving sales.
Support team branding efforts - building customer confidence in Canon and the product offerings.
