Dear Alfred, I am writing to apply for the English-Croatian proofreading position at CAN TRANSLATOR. I am a native speaker of Croatian and have been living in the United States for the past 10 years. I have a degree in English from the University of Zagreb and have been working as a freelance translator for the past 5 years. I have also worked as a proofreader for a Croatian-English translation company for 2 years. In addition to Croatian and English, I am also fluent in Italian and have working knowledge of Spanish.
