Dear BYU - Idaho, I am interested in the position of Online Adjunct Instructor. This position is a perfect match for my skills and interests. I have a strong background in education. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and a Master's Degree in Special Education. I have been a teacher for over 20 years. I have taught in both public and private schools. I have also taught online courses for the past 10 years. I am familiar with the BYU - Idaho online system and I have the necessary skills to be a successful online instructor. I am organized, efficient, and I have a great deal of patience. I am able to work independently and I am a quick learner. I am excited about the opportunity to teach online courses for BYU - Idaho.
