My background in agribusiness and my academic training in agriculture have prepared me well for this role. In my previous role as an Agro Business Officer, I was responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase productivity and profitability for small-scale farmers. I also have experience in project management, budgeting, and market analysis, which I believe will be valuable in this role.
What I find most exciting about this position at Plan International is the opportunity to work with local communities and help them build sustainable agribusinesses. I am also familiar with various software programs such as Microsoft Office and have experience in data analysis and reporting.
Furthermore, I am highly motivated, adaptable, and have a positive attitude towards work. I am eager to take on new responsibilities and am always looking for ways to improve and grow both personally and professionally.
