Dear Mr. Fowlkes,
I am writing in regards to the Program Evaluation Manager position at Bottom Line. I am immensely enthusiastic about this opportunity and confident that I have the skills and experience needed for the role.
As a Program Evaluation Manager, I would be responsible for leading the evaluation of Bottom Line programs. I would work with program staff to develop evaluation plans, collect and analyze data, and prepare reports. I would also be responsible for ensuring that evaluation findings are used to improve program effectiveness.
I am confident that I have the skills and experience needed for this role. I have a Master’s degree in Social Work with a concentration in Program Evaluation. I also have six years of experience working in program evaluation, including four years working as a Program Evaluation Manager. In my previous role, I was responsible for leading the evaluation of a large, multi-site program. I have also conducted evaluations of smaller programs and have experience working with a variety of data collection and analysis methods.
I am excited about the possibility of joining Bottom Line and contributing to the evaluation of programs that make a difference in the lives of low-income and first-generation college students. I am confident that I have the skills and experience needed for this role and would be a valuable addition to the Bottom Line team.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Sincerely,
Shawnee McKee
