I am writing in regards to the open position for Community Residential Manager at Boardwalk. I am immensely excited about this opportunity, and believe that I have the perfect skill set for the job.
As a Community Residential Manager, I would be responsible for the overall management of Boardwalk’s residential properties. This would include tasks such as budgeting, maintenance, and resident relations. I have experience in all of these areas, and believe that I would excel in this role.
Budgeting is a particular strength of mine. I have a keen eye for detail, and am able to spot potential areas of cost savings. I am also experienced in dealing with vendors and service providers, and am confident that I could get the best possible deals for Boardwalk.
Maintenance is another area in which I have a great deal of experience. I am familiar with all aspects of property maintenance, and have a good working knowledge of a variety of repair and construction techniques. I am also experienced in dealing with emergency situations, and have the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Finally, I have extensive experience in dealing with residents. I am a people person, and have a knack for solving problems. I am also familiar with a variety of software programs that would be useful in this role, such as property management systems.
