Dear Whom it May Concern, I am writing in regards to the Theatre Activity Specialist position at Black Spectrum Theatre’s ECAP After School Program. As a theatre artist and educator, I have a passion for working with youth and helping them to find their voice and creativity through art. I have experience leading workshops and classes, as well as directing and producing plays. I am confident in my ability to develop and implement engaging and educational theatre activities for students of all ages. In addition to my experience in theatre, I have also worked extensively with youth in other settings. I have been a mentor and tutor for many years, and have a deep commitment to supporting the academic and personal growth of young people. I am patient, adaptable, and have a great deal of experience working with youth from diverse backgrounds.
