goods and supplies and liaise with intended recipients on delivery of goods. • Participate in office inventory counts and fixed assets verification as may be requested from time to time. • File all procurement documents in an easy way to make it retrievable even in my absence. • Compile monthly procurement reports • Assist in coordinating administrative matters • Maintenance of the mailing and contact list for the office • Maintain a Logbook/Register of all incoming and outgoing correspondence by ensuring follow-up actions are done. • Assist in coordinating travel arrangements for staff and visitors. • Setting up of meeting rooms and meeting facilitation. • Assist in event organization such as Conferences
