Dear HR Manager, I am writing in regards to the B2B Customer Service Specialist position that I saw posted on the website. I am a proactive and self-motivated individual with a natural aptitude for customer service. I have worked in customer service for a number of years and have always been praised for my ability to handle difficult customer service inquiries in a calm and efficient manner. I am also tech-savvy and have a good working knowledge of a variety of computer programs and software. I am interested in this position because it offers the opportunity to work with a company that I admire and respect. I am also drawn to the challenge of working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. I am currently based in Berlin but am willing to relocate if necessary.
