Bates College Cover Letter

Dear VP of Advancement, I am writing to apply for the Senior Director of Alumni Engagement position at Bates College. This position is of great interest to me, as I am passionate about working with alumni and furthering the engagement of alumni with their alma mater. I have a great deal of experience working with alumni, both in my current position as Director of Alumni Relations at Colby College and in my previous role as Assistant Director of Alumni Relations at Bates. In both positions, I have been responsible for planning and executing alumni events, developing and implementing alumni communications plans, and managing alumni volunteer programs. I have also been responsible for stewardship and donor relations efforts. I am confident that I can be an asset to Bates College in this role, and I look forward to contributing to the advancement of the college.
