Dear Hiring Manager, I am writing in regards to the open Reading Interventionist position at Basis Ed. As a Reading Interventionist, I would be responsible for working with students who are struggling with reading. I would provide one-on-one or small group instruction to help them improve their reading skills. I would also create and implement reading intervention plans and assess student progress. I have a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and a Master's degree in Reading Education. I am certified to teach reading in grades K-12. I have eight years of experience teaching reading in both elementary and middle school. I am also familiar with a variety of reading intervention programs and have had success using them with my students. I am passionate about helping students improve their reading skills and would be excited to work as a Reading Interventionist at Basis Ed. I am confident that I would be a valuable asset to your team and would make a positive impact on your students.
