Dear Fellow Nurses, I am Shelby Smith and I am writing in regards to the open Director at Large role with AzNA. Based on the job description and my own research, I strongly believe that I am the ideal candidate for this role. As a registered nurse, I have a wealth of experience in team work, leadership, and organization. I have been a nurse for over 10 years and in that time, I have held various positions of increasing responsibility. In my most recent role as a nurse manager, I was responsible for leading a team of nurses and overseeing all aspects of patient care. I have a proven track record of success in this role and I am confident that I can bring my skills and experience to AzNA. I am also very familiar with the Phoenix area and I would be very interested in relocating there for this role.
