and rich collections which include local and international heritage. The Operations Team is here to ensure the smooth running of the library space. We are the information

Through the development of seamless processes and access to technology we open a world of discovery and make connecting easy. We create a warm and welcoming environment that meets customer needs while reducing unnecessary complexities and leaves them feeling valued and well-served. No two days are the same
you will greet and assist customers with a variety of queries from assisting customers to access library and council services
digital troubleshooting
wayfinding
and general computer queries. Our library is open 7 days a week so flexibility around working days
including weekends and late nights. This is a 38-hour
