This role is of great interest to me, as it would allow me to utilize my skills in writing and editing, oral and written communication, and content knowledge of standardized tests and the policies behind them. I have significant experience in teamwork, having served on multiple health professional committees and boards. I have also developed strong skills in strategic development and execution, crafting persuasive narratives, and understanding how to weight the risk on critical communication. I am a quick study when it comes to developing proficiency and expertise in software, and I have expertise with dashboards and data-driven decision making. In my previous role as a Program Director, I led a team of faculty, administrators, and students. I have a proven track record of developing and executing successful programs. I am confident that I could bring my skills and experience to bear in this role and be a valuable asset to the Association of American Medical Colleges. I am open to full-time or part-time roles, and I am willing to relocate if necessary. However, I would prefer a remote role, as it would allow me to better balance my work and personal commitments.
