One of the aspects that really drew me to this position is the emphasis on using creative and interactive methods to teach languages. In terms of my qualifications, I have a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics and a Master's degree in Teaching English as a Second Language. These educational experiences have equipped me with a solid foundation in language learning theories and teaching methodologies, which I am eager to apply at American Village. My experience as a language teacher has further honed my skills in lesson planning, classroom management, and creating a welcoming and inclusive learning environment. I have also had the opportunity to work with students from various cultural backgrounds, which has helped me develop cultural sensitivity and adaptability. Additionally, I am fluent in English, French, and Arabic, with a basic understanding of Spanish. I am confident that these language skills will be an asset in my role as a Language Counselor at American Village. Apart from my academic and professional qualifications, I also possess a strong passion for cultural exchange and promoting diversity. I have volunteered at various language and cultural exchange programs, where I have had the opportunity to interact with people from different backgrounds and foster understanding and appreciation for different cultures.
