These experiences have honed my ability to effectively communicate complex concepts, engage diverse audiences, and drive meaningful change.
In addition, I have extensive experience in developing and implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives. In my previous role as a Diversity Coordinator, I led a team in developing and implementing a university-wide diversity strategic plan. I am eager to bring these skills to American International College and continue building a strong and diverse community.
Finally, as a lifelong learner, I am always seeking opportunities to expand my knowledge and skills. I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Diversity and Inclusion, which has equipped me with a deep understanding of diversity theories and best practices.
