you'll interact with service technicians
colleagues
and
of course
our valued customers. You will be crucial in the customer journey
ensuring customers feel supported and empowered when they enjoy our products. We are recruiting for two separate shifts - Please indicate in your cover letter which one you are applying for
or if both are suitable. Tuesday to Saturday - 8.30 - 5pm (Full time 40 hours) Monday to Friday - 10.30 - 7pm (Full time 40 hours) Role Responsibilities: Manage customer inquiries
including answering inbound calls
responding to emails
and providing real-time troubleshooting. Customise and oversee customer-specific solutions
collaborating with external providers to resolve issues when necessary. Take ownership of a caseload with multiple service requests.
