Job Description: We are looking for a QA Lead who will be responsible for leading the quality assurance team
overseeing manual testing processes
and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. Responsibilities: Lead and mentor the QA team
providing guidance and support to team members. Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases based on product requirements and specifications. Conduct thorough manual testing of web and mobile applications to identify defects and ensure product quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams
including developers
product managers
and designers
to understand requirements and provide timely feedback. Monitor and report on test execution and defect status
ensuring transparency and clear communication with stakeholders. Perform root cause analysis on identified issues and work with development teams to implement corrective actions. Ensure adherence to QA best practices and processes throughout the software development lifecycle. Continuously improve testing methodologies
processes
and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Participate in release planning and provide accurate estimations for testing efforts. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in manual testing and quality assurance. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
Engineering
or a related field. 5+ years of experience in manual testing
with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role. Strong understanding of software development and QA methodologies
tools
and processes. Experience in creating detailed test plans
test cases
and test scripts. Proficient in defect tracking and test management tools (e.g.
JIRA
TestRail). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
