Dear Mrs Copeland,
I am writing in regards to the position of teaching assistant for special education at All Saints C of E Primary. I am immensely interested in the role and firmly believe that I have the skills and attributes required to excel in the role.
Special education is an area that I am extremely passionate about and I have always been drawn to working with children with additional needs. I have a great deal of patience and understanding, and I am able to adapt my approach depending on the individual child's needs.
I have experience of working in a primary school setting, as I have been a teaching assistant for the past two years. In this role, I have supported children with a range of needs, including those with behavioural difficulties, emotional needs and special educational needs. I have developed excellent behaviour management skills and understand the importance of establishing positive relationships with both children and adults.
I am a very hard worker and I am always willing to go the extra mile to support the children I work with. I am also very flexible and adaptable, and I am happy to work collaboratively as part of a team.
I believe that I would be an excellent teaching assistant for special education and I would be a valuable asset to your team. I look forward to discussing my application further with you at an interview.
Yours sincerely,
Rianna Rhoden
