Dear HR Manager, I am writing to apply for the position of Youth Services Advocate at Alexandra House. This position is of great interest to me, as I am passionate about working with young people and helping them to overcome the challenges they face in their lives. I have a degree in Social Work from the University of Minnesota, and I have worked as a youth advocate for the past two years. In this role, I have provided support and guidance to young people aged 16-24 who are experiencing homelessness. I have helped them to access the resources they need to get back on their feet, and I have provided them with emotional support during times of crisis. I believe that I have the skills and experience needed to be successful in this role. I am a compassionate and caring person, and I have a deep commitment to helping young people to reach their full potential. I am also an excellent communicator, and I have the ability to build strong relationships with the young people I work with.
