updating patient demographics
and ensuring confidentiality Maintaining smooth patient flow and manage time effectively to prioritize and fulfill competing demands Patient confidentiality and privacy is maintained at all times Standardized Booking Processes - Outpatient bookings: Manage outpatient bookings according to Waitaha Canterbury guidelines
including handling referrals
scheduling appointments
and minimizing cancellations Referral letters and e-referral letters are managed as per our guidelines Ensure accurate coding and data entry for reporting and service planning purposes Effective Communication: Respond promptly to inquiries from internal and external clients Maintain positive working relationships with staff and stakeholders Demonstrate excellent public relations and communication skills Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako - Skills and Experience Essential: Excellent customer service skills with a people-focused approach Technically savvy with the ability to quickly learn new applications/systems Strong organisational
