as is an excellent phone manner. Key Tasks: Interacting with customers by phone and email. Effectively manage customer questions and issues. Process customer orders
invoices
and packing slips. Provide support to the Sales and Marketing and Warehouse team. Key Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient Data entry skills using MS Office Suite and Intech (Intech training provided if needed). Excellent time management and organisational skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
