you will support the government in making decisions that can improve healthcare for the country's citizens. Tasks and Responsibilities: Plan
execute and capture insights from the field Use data and other information for analysis and decision-making purposes Plan and develop strategies Design and implement new systems
further develop existing ones to dramatically improve project outcomes Identify and understand issues; break down problems and identify root causes and different dimensions Give recommendations by constructing multiple scenarios and advise where necessary Develop excellent relationships and work with senior government officials
international partners May be required to guide and mentor implementation associates as well as monitor progress Assess international evidence and lessons about what works What we look for: 1–3 years of experience in management or strategy consulting Previous experience in the public sector is advantageous Excellent English and Hausa Professional experience in Kano is a plus Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical skills Good communication skills Outstanding problem-solving skills Highly developed interpersonal skills A strong drive and motivation to make a positive impact Interest in social issues and public sector development Openness to travel What's in it for you?
