I have worked in customer service for more than 10 years, and have been managing teams of customer service representatives for the past 5 years. In my current role, I oversee a team of 30 customer service reps who handle incoming calls and emails for a major online retailer. I am confident that I can bring the same level of success to Ability.
What I particularly like about this position is the focus on providing excellent customer service. At my current job, I have implemented a number of initiatives that have led to significant improvements in customer satisfaction scores. I am confident that I can do the same at Ability.
In addition to my customer service experience, I have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. I believe that my education, combined with my customer service experience, makes me the perfect candidate for this position.
