As a Sales Re-Engagement Specialist, your main responsibility will be to follow up with potential customers who have not yet converted after their initial inquiry. All your work will be through calls and chat—no email required. You’ll be re-engaging warm leads and offering them an alternative plan to what was previously presented by our CSR team. These alternative solutions will be very compelling and built around specific criteria that you will identify and then follow up on. Some examples of these are:

- Leads that have been archived as lost – you will go back with an alternative plan and pricing. For example, they say no to a one-time service, but you identify its in a region we're trying to build route density and go back with a monthly subscription plan.
