As a Key Account Manager, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of high-value enterprise customers, working collaboratively across the business to drive long-term success and sustainable growth. You'll be responsible for developing and delivering strategic account plans that support customer and business objectives, building strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders across multiple functions and seniority levels, identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and create new commercial opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, leading commercial conversations and negotiations, demonstrating the value of our products and services, working closely with Customer Success, Product and Marketing teams, and maintaining accurate opportunity, pipeline and forecasting information within Salesforce.
