The role involves developing responsive, accessible UI designs in Figma based on established creative directions, collaborating with leadership and developers, and ensuring high-quality, production-ready files. The agency values empathy, curiosity, kindness, diversity, and camaraderie, and works with notable clients like UNICEF and the American Cancer Society. The position is remote, requiring the candidate to be within 3 hours of EST and working at least six hours between 7AM and 8PM EST.
