Reporting to the Supervisor, SW Engineering, the Data Analyst III, is responsible for analyzing, reporting, and enriching platform data. As part of the Common Data Platform Team, your work will enable capabilities for GHX’s data and analytics solutions utilized by hospitals and suppliers. This role is responsible for independently analyzing, debugging, documenting, and modifying data to ensure high quality data for the consumers. Duties include identifying patterns and relationships to evaluate, maintain, and enrich data quality across multiple systems and data sources; assessing and improving data cleansing processes with automation; developing flexible SQL code; conducting root cause and impact analysis; troubleshooting and resolving issues; and contributing to ETL process design using PL/SQL, SQL, or Python. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant discipline, 5-8 years of experience analyzing large data sets, experience with Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau, Sigma, and proven analytic skills. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with data science tools like Python or R, healthcare data standards such as HIPAA, and a healthcare or supply chain background. The salary range is $81,000 - $108,000, with benefits including health, vision, dental insurance, accident and life insurance, 401k matching, paid time off, and education reimbursement.
