We’re looking for a Security GRC Analyst to help support and advance Intercom’s Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance initiatives. This role is based in our Dublin office on St. Stephen’s Green, which is home to our Information Security team. You’ll partner closely with leaders and teams across Engineering, People, Legal, Finance, and the wider business, and will report directly to our Director of Information Security. Responsibilities include developing, enhancing, and operationalising security and privacy policies, monitoring security controls, driving security assurance strategies, maintaining the security risk register, and improving operational efficiency through process and technical solutions. Ideal candidates will have experience building relationships with stakeholders, cloud security practices (preferably AWS), knowledge of security frameworks (ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA, NIST), high integrity, sound judgment, strong communication skills, and a high degree of autonomy. Bonus skills include experience in SaaS environments and fast-paced organizations.
