Acts as the maintenance focal point for determining area maintenance contractor strategies, administering service contracts, and interacting with contractor company representatives on service-related matters; manages contractor activities per contract terms, conducts audits and field evaluations of contractor compliance and safety, participates in root cause investigations for contractor incidents, ensures contractors receive site indoctrination and access to relevant safety standards, and supports continuous improvement initiatives.
