As a Care Center Representative at VRI, you will respond to alerts to provide comfort, support, and peace of mind to individuals and families across the country during critical moments. Your responsibilities include answering emergency and non-emergency calls, providing compassionate customer support, monitoring medical alerts, recording call details, verifying and updating customer information, troubleshooting alarm systems, and proactively recommending healthcare services. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills, technical proficiency with CRM systems, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, 0-1 year of customer service experience, and be willing to work weekends, overtime, and flexible hours. Remote work is supported with minimum internet speeds of 25Mbps download and 5Mbps upload. The position is open to residents of multiple states including Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, Michigan, Indiana, Missouri, and others.
