In this high-impact sales role, you’ll use empathy, insight, and strategic guidance to help caregivers as they explore the best care options for their loved ones. You will work in a growing, fast-paced industry as an expert resource for families on senior care options, delivering an exceptional experience aligned to the company mission. Your responsibilities include taking inbound, pre-screened leads remotely, conducting in-depth initial consultation calls, educating families on customized senior care options, and acting as a liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers after completing training. Success is measured by reaching daily production benchmarks, referring families to communities, and scheduling tours to drive move-ins. The role requires at least two years of inside sales or inbound call center experience, a history of exceeding sales targets, multitasking skills, and strong computer proficiency. The schedule is a 40-hour workweek, with shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation includes a base salary of $45,760, with on-target earnings of $74,000 including uncapped bonuses.
