Responsibilities include providing IT help desk support, managing authentication and access issues, supporting network security protocols, and working with incident management tools like ServiceNow. The role involves communication with users, developing procedures, and supporting field services. The ideal candidate will have experience with customer support, incident management, and working with secure government networks. The position requires a Bachelor's Degree, 5+ years of relevant experience, U.S. citizenship, and active or recent DOE 'Q' or DoD 'Top Secret' clearance. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, collaboration tools, and MFA tokens is preferred.
