This role will work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations. The role also involves engaging with candidates via social media, maintaining applicant tracking systems, and learning recruiting tools such as Culture Index, Enneagram, TopGrading, and EOS. Regular communication with hiring managers and onboarding new hires are also part of the role.

The role measures success through candidate experience, interview attendance, placement rates, and retention. The ideal candidate loves selling the company to candidates, is a self-starter, adaptable, and has excellent communication skills. Qualifications include experience in recruiting or candidate screening, a bachelor’s degree preferred, and at least two years in a professional office environment. Knowledge of applicant tracking systems, digital marketing media, and MS Office/G-suite is preferred. The position may require travel up to 20% and physical ability to sit for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
