CSG is searching for an Expert Systems Administrator to join an effort supporting Enclave and Enterprise Directory Services. The position involves developing and maintaining directory and security services, supporting cloud integration, and managing enterprise IT systems. The role includes providing support for on-premises and cloud environments, troubleshooting, configuration management, and supporting security compliance. The candidate will support various IT systems, including UNIX, Linux, and Windows, and assist with system security, vulnerability scans, and system capacity planning. The position requires supporting multiple tiers of problem resolution, coordinating with security officers, and ensuring system compliance with security policies. The role demands experience with Active Directory, SCCM, DNS, Group Policy, and other enterprise tools, along with a strong background in service management and ITIL practices.
