Essential Functions:
- Campaign Execution & Optimization: Take ownership of paid social and programmatic media campaigns, managing the end-to-end process from building to performance optimization within our Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) and other media systems.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other media buyers to support campaign builds, Quality Assurance (QA), and optimization tasks.
- Analytical Strategy: Collaborate with leadership and performance teams to analyze campaign data, contribute to strategy discussions, and develop effective recommendations.
- Testing and Innovation: Organize and execute tests for new platforms, strategies, and digital tactics to drive better results.
- All other duties as assigned by iFrog Leadership.

Candidates located in Easton, Maryland and surrounding areas must have the ability to work on a hybrid 3+2 office/work-from-home model (5 days at the office for the initial 90 days).

Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist with miscellaneous tasks as needed.
- Able to plan and build campaigns within Meta Ads Manager.

Required Education & Experience:
- Minimum of High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
- Experience with programmatic media buying.
- Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding external and internal customer service.
