The VP, Strategic Accounts is a senior enterprise sales role responsible for driving Gravie’s growth in the large-group ICHRA market. This role focuses entirely on winning new large employers—those with 5,000+ eligible employees—as Gravie clients. Enterprise Sales Regional Vice President Seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to lead growth in the Northeast region by selling to enterprise customers and managing complex sales cycles. Included Health is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Sales Executive to lead growth across the Northeast region who will help us further our mission by selling the Included Health suite of products to enterprise customers (1,000-10,000 employee population). As an Enterprise Sales RVP, your role will be to identify, pursue and close business with self-funded employers, within your territory. Through a consultative approach, you will work both directly with senior Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards leadership as well as with their trusted advisors and consultants.

Key Responsibilities include owning and expanding the Northeast enterprise territory, building and managing relationships with HR, Total Rewards, and Benefits leaders, leading complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, developing relationships with benefits consultants and brokers, expanding services within existing clients, optimizing sales processes, maintaining CRM documentation, representing the brand regionally, and traveling within the region.

During the first 30 days, onboarding, product learning, market understanding, and initial sales planning will occur. In the first 60 days, establishing the sales territory, networking, and securing meetings are priorities. By 90 days, the focus remains on familiarization and relationship building.

Qualifications include 7+ years of enterprise sales experience, proven success selling to large employers in the Northeast U.S., managing long and complex sales cycles, strong relationships with benefits consultants, consistent achievement of sales quotas, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with Salesforce.
