The P2P Operations Lead will build and lead a new Procure-to-Pay Shared Services function in India, overseeing supplier onboarding, purchase order administration, and invoice processing.

The role requires someone with deep Coupa and NetSuite experience, a strong command of P2P end-to-end process flows, and the maturity to operate independently with limited in-person oversight.Requirements:<ul><li> Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li> 5–8 years of experience spanning both Accounts Payable and Procurement operations, ideally in a shared services, GBS, or high-growth SaaS/technology environment.</li><li> Deep, hands-on proficiency in Coupa (purchase orders, supplier onboarding, invoice management, SPA workflows) is required.</li><li> Hands-on proficiency for AP and vendor management workflows in NetSuite (Preferred) or any other ERP.</li><li> Experience with expense management tools like Navan.</li><li> Working knowledge of G/L coding, amortization schedules, and basic accounting principles as they apply to P2P.</li><li> A proactive, ownership-driven mindset and proven ability to operate independently with minimal oversight, managing competing priorities across high-volume transactional workflows.</li><li> Experience supporting US-based or international stakeholders in a shared services or offshore capacity, with strong communication skills.</li><li> Proven experience in team leadership, with the ability to hire, manage, and develop junior team members.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li> Equal opportunity employer</li><li> Welcoming environment where inclusion and belonging are held as a shared responsibility</li><li> Reasonable accommodation for individuals with disabilities</li></ul>
