Wunder Mobility builds the software that powers shared mobility worldwide. Our platform runs 20M+ successful trips yearly, processing 50M+ daily API calls, across 500 cities in Europe, the US, and Asia. Operators like Forest (London), Green Mobility (Copenhagen), and Joco (NYC) rely on us every day to move cities forward. As an Engineering Manager, you will lead and grow two fullstack engineering teams, distributed across Banja Luka, Hamburg, Vienna, and remote locations, that build the products powering mobility operators around the world. You will guide engineers working across frontend, backend, and cloud technologies, helping them deliver reliable, scalable, and user friendly solutions. Your role blends people leadership, technical judgment, and strong stakeholder collaboration. You will foster a culture of ownership, raise the engineering bar, and help your teams navigate complexity with clarity and confidence. Please note: This is an on-site position based in Hamburg (Germany) with regular travel to our other Engineering locations in Vienna and Bosnia.
