RemoteOur Growth Account Executives are full-cycle sales leaders focused on deepening relationships within our existing network of 150+ credit union partners. You’ll work exclusively with current customers to uncover new opportunities, introduce them to the full ecosystem of Clutch products, and drive expansion across our portfolio.
We’ve made significant investments in our next generation of products, and we’re looking for someone who can confidently evangelize these new capabilities to our credit union partners, helping them understand the value, impact, and strategic opportunities they unlock.
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our post-sales team to understand each credit union’s operational needs, identify strong product fit, and help them modernize and elevate their member experience. Success means building trusted, long-term relationships, navigating complex sales cycles, and driving meaningful adoption across the WithClutch suite.
This is the first time we’re hiring for this type of role, and you’ll be joining our already successful sales team that’s driving measurable growth across the credit union ecosystem. The team combines deep industry expertise with a modern, consultative sales approach to help credit unions modernize their member experience. We collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Implementation to move quickly from insight to action — always focused on building long-term partnerships and expanding adoption across our suite of digital banking solutions.
