The Account Verification team is critical in establishing trust in open finance by enabling secure, fast, and reliable bank account connections. The Product Lead will own the strategy for verification across Auth, Balance, and Identity Match, collaborating with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to innovate and expand verification capabilities. Responsibilities include setting the product roadmap, reimagining verification experiences, expanding methodologies, and representing Plaid as a thought leader in the industry. The role requires a high level of ownership, strategic vision, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
