The Principal Data Analyst at ConnectWise is responsible for analyzing data, building and automating reports and dashboards, and communicating insights to various high-level stakeholders. The role involves executing projects through writing SQL queries, analyzing data, and building reports. It supports cross-functional teams with attention to detail, performs requirements gathering, and ensures reports align with corporate KPIs. The analyst defines, understands, and recommends changes based on findings, analyzes and presents findings to stakeholders, and ensures data is organized to support business needs. The role requires managing large projects independently, being a recognized subject matter expert, and adapting to new technologies. Strong strategic thinking, presentation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential. Knowledge of Microsoft applications is required. The role may involve remote or hybrid work depending on location, with 0-10% travel possible.
