Menerima, menghitung, dan memverifikasi uang tunai yang masuk maupun keluar dari vault. Menyiapkan kaset ATM sesuai nominal dan kebutuhan pengisian berdasarkan jadwal. Melakukan proses loading, balancing, dan rekonsiliasi uang tunai untuk ATM. Memastikan jumlah uang dalam kaset ATM sesuai dengan dokumen dan data pada sistem. Melakukan pengecekan fisik kaset ATM sebelum didistribusikan. Mengoperasikan mesin penghitung uang dan peralatan pendukung lainnya. Menjaga keamanan uang tunai, dokumen, dan aset yang berada di area vault. Membuat laporan transaksi, mutasi uang, dan stok kas harian. Berkoordinasi dengan tim messenger, custodian, dan Operations Control terkait distribusi kas ATM. Memastikan seluruh proses kerja dilaksanakan sesuai SOP, standar keamanan, dan ketentuan perusahaan. Mendukung pelaksanaan stock opname serta audit internal maupun eksternal. The Vault Operator is responsible for receiving, counting, and verifying cash entering and leaving the vault, as well as preparing ATM cassettes and ensuring compliance with security standards.
