- Design bulletproof playbooks (run-of-shows, facilitator guides, troubleshooting protocols) that enable flawless execution by facilitators, anywhere
- Launch regional onboarding hubs in London and Sydney with trained local facilitators
- Own and optimize complex automation infrastructure and self-serve tools across our entire onboarding tech stack– including HRIS provisioning, calendar management, Slack channel creation, manager notifications, and multi-touchpoint communication sequences
- Establish metrics and feedback loops to continuously improve the experience
Own the Full Onboarding Journey
- Partner cross-functionally with Workplace, IT, RevOps, Engineering, Product, GTM, and more to build and execute our onboarding program

- Continuously refresh programming to reflect our evolving product and team, developing modular content for different audiences (legal vs. non-legal backgrounds, functions, geographies)
