- Supporting network connectivity, VPNs, firewalls, and collaborating with security teams.
- Maintaining firewall configurations, network documentation, and compliance frameworks.
- Implementing security hardening, antivirus/EDR deployment, and patching.
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge-base articles.
- Participating in on-call rotation and planned maintenance.
- Providing Tier 3 escalation support.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years of experience with Windows/Linux servers and hybrid cloud environments, and 3+ years supporting identity, automation, or infrastructure services. Technical expertise required includes scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation), virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), automation tools (Ansible, Jenkins, Azure DevOps), monitoring (SolarWinds, Azure Monitor, CloudWatch), backup & DR (Veeam, Commvault, Rubrik), endpoint & patch management (Intune, SCCM). Preferred certifications include Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, AWS Certified SysOps, VMware VCP, and CompTIA Server+.

Soft skills required are analytical troubleshooting, communication, collaboration, multitasking, accountability, and continuous improvement mindset.
